FREE Mental Health Support Groups Program

Mental illness touches the lives of the entire family. BOHEMIA Cares knows that is that is and is offering FREE mental health support resources to help families HEAL who live in Pulaski County, Arkansas. Family members ages 8 and older will gain personal development guidance. Some topics covered are:

• self-awareness • coping skills

• depression and anxiety relief • stress relief • parenting • self-care • self-love


Groups will be facilitated by licensed therapists. Groups will meet for 10 bi-weekly sessions. Groups 1 through 7 will meet via Zoom. Group 8 will meet in person. Click to sign up: https://www.bohemiacares.org/mentalhealthsupportgroups
